Premium Level — $1,000
Inside vendor space, premium placement.
Standard Level — $750
Inside vendor space, standard placement.
Shared Level — $500
Shared inside vendor space.
Outside Level — $350
Outside vendor space.
Premium and Standard vendors receive 4 complimentary boxed lunches. Shared and Outside vendors receive 2 complimentary boxed lunches. Enter the total number of lunches you will need — any beyond your allotment are $16 each.
T-shirts are available for purchase at $25 each. Enter the quantity desired for each size. Leave blank or enter 0 if none needed.
(*Soft, unisex v-neck style t-shirt. The size you register for will be the size you receive during Ladies Clinic check-in.)
