Objective

Provide Organizations an opportunity to receive funding from the Foundation to execute projects that fit within the stated Mission Statement.

Statement of Need

There are organizations that have the same beliefs concerning critical education and health issues and have outstanding ideas and concepts on how to be a part of the solution. What is lacking is the opportunity and funding.

Service

The Foundation will establish a Grant Program where organizations can apply for funding on a single or multi-year basis. Grants will be awarded annually with a $10,000 maximum limit. The Foundation Board of Directors may establish a committee to develop and manage this function. A policy and procedure guideline will be developed and made available to the public.

Funding

The policies and procedures will be established by September 1, 2010. Funding will be set aside annually by September 1. Grant applications will be accepted each year between September 1st and December 1st. Grant awards will be made by December 31st each year beginning 2010.
