The Swinney's Connection...

Kathleen lost her older sister to breast cancer, and thanks to advances in genetic research and early detection, Kathleen and her younger sister discovered they both carry the BRCA gene mutation, which increases their risk of developing the disease.The Swinneys believe that advances in research and early detection may have saved the lives of Kathleen and her younger sister. Their family’s experience fuels their passion for finding a cure, advancing early detection, and making life a little easier for families currently facing a breast cancer diagnosis. They dream of a day when no one has to suffer from this disease.
One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during her lifetime. According to SCDHEC, breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women in South Carolina. Through our annual Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic and ongoing partnerships with local hospitals, research teams, and nonprofit organizations, Dabo’s All In Team Foundation is committed to supporting breast cancer research, technology, early detection, and assistance for those affected by the disease.
Since 2009, the Foundation has donated more than $2.65 million to breast cancer initiatives, helping expand access to screenings, advance research, and support individuals and families throughout South Carolina.
In The Community...
Bon Secours St. Francis
The Pearlie Harris Center for Breast Health, part of the Bon Secours St. Francis Health System in Greenville, SC, offers advanced breast imaging services, including digital mammography, breast MRI, and computer-aided detection systems.
Since 2012, Dabo’s All In Team Foundation has partnered with the Bon Secours St. Francis Foundation and the Pearlie Harris Center for Breast Health to help fund “Big Pink,” a mobile mammography program that serves underserved and underinsured communities in Anderson, Greenville, Oconee, and Pickens counties.
In 2018, the Foundation provided a $250,000 lead gift toward a new mobile mammography unit equipped with state-of-the-art 3-D mammography technology to replace the original “Big Pink.” The new unit began serving the community in 2020, expanding access to breast cancer screenings throughout the Upstate.
At the start of 2022, the Foundation committed another $250,000 lead gift toward a second state-of-the-art mobile mammography unit for Bon Secours St. Francis. The second unit began serving the Upstate in spring 2024, doubling the program’s mobile screening capacity and allowing more individuals to access the screenings they need.
In August 2025, Dabo’s All In Team Foundation’s Board of Directors approved a $350,000 gift to help bring Bon Secours St. Francis Health System’s new, Comprehensive Breast Health Clinic to life. This investment continues the Foundation’s commitment to advancing breast health and expanding access to care throughout the community.
Self Regional Healthcare
In August 2023, Dabo’s All In Team Foundation’s Board of Directors approved a $250,000 lead gift to the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation to help purchase a new 3-D mobile mammography unit. The unit will help bring state-of-the-art breast healthcare to underserved and underinsured individuals throughout South Carolina’s Lakelands Region.
Through this partnership, the Foundation is expanding our support and commitment to making breast cancer screenings more accessible and affordable for more communities across the state.

Oconee Memorial Hospital & Greenville Hospital System
In 2018, Dabo’s All In Team Foundation provided a $100,000 gift, in honor of Dr. Larry and Mary Bowman, to the Breast Care Center on the Prisma Health Oconee Medical Campus. Raised through the 2018 Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic, this gift was one of the largest contributions to the Breast Care Center and helped provide life-saving mammograms to women in need, as well as support resources to guide patients through their breast cancer journeys.
Other Contributions
Through our annual grant program, Dabo’s All In Team Foundation supports a variety of cancer research teams, nonprofit organizations, and support groups working to make a difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer.
Fundraising and Events...
Funds are raised annually through the Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic, along with annual promotions and partnerships with WCCP 105.5 The ROAR and its “Tigers For Tatas” campaign, which takes place throughout October. The Foundation also receives support from local merchants and generous donors who make contributions throughout the year specifically designated for breast cancer initiatives. In addition, the Foundation works closely with Clemson Athletics during Clemson Football’s annual Breast Cancer Awareness Game.
The Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic is dedicated to educating women about the importance of early breast cancer screening while raising funds for breast cancer research, technology, prevention, and early detection. Participants also have the opportunity to learn about the rules, strategy, training, and other aspects of Clemson Football.
The 2026 Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic was held on Saturday, July 18, at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, SC. With more than 900 participants, the event raised $125,000 for breast cancer initiatives in South Carolina.
The 2027 Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic will be held on Saturday, July 17, with ticket sales opening in May 2027. Through the continued support of participants, sponsors, community partners, and donors, the Foundation remains committed to advancing breast cancer research, expanding access to early detection, and supporting those affected by the disease.
